  When we were finding her the car it was pretty simple. We didn't have a lot of that back-and-forth negotiating which I hate. I pretty much told him I needed him to come down a certain amount on the price and he told me what he could do. We skipped all that game playing which I hate.Thank you Peter for making a usually bad experience into a good one!

  I called their service department with an urgent request this morning. It was not an emergency or anything, but my schedule was crazy packed and I was coming all the way from west Los Angeles. My service advisor, Jose Diaz, went above and beyond the Call of Duty. Make sure all the parts were there ready and waiting. And I was in and out in a Flash. I didn't even have an appointment!Jose, you are the man! Because of you I will be coming back again and again.
