I'm truly impressed by how organized their SERVICE department is. The technician was very professional and uninformative. They were true to the waiting time.

Went shopping on Black Friday for a Nissan Leaf and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. We were price sensitive and did our due diligence shopping around. In the end, we found that Nissan Van Nuys had the lowest price for the car we wanted. The sales associate Adam Preciado was the best part of the experience.
I am really happy whit the service they provide. Always is fast and excelente and the personal is very Kind and profesional.

In the end, we found that Nissan Van Nuys had the lowest price for the car we wanted. The sales associate Adam Preciado was the best part of the experience. We really felt like he was our advocate in the process. He took his time explaining all the features of the car and letting us test drive it. When it was time to go to the office to talk about the price and fill out the paperwork, Adam kept things simple, friendly, and efficient.
